When i started developing this business for being available for all people some of the people approached me for being kinda frustrared that you can’t get wrapkits for raiden² chassis at all. Even from the factory there is none of templates for this at all. I have never made templates for full sled. I have made alot of things in 3D world but not template for sleds or anything. One customer promised me 3D scan from his sled because its somewhat special Rave. In the meantime i got my hands regular Rave and started cooking. It’s freaking hard to see will it unwrap correctly. But i tried to use my eyes as guide if it looked right, but i needed a mockup sled for this and happens i found one from Nokia. There is some miscalculations and measurements, but here is a first try. Found out that some hard places are same as previous model (thank god) and out template gods have made them already. But this was all from 3d model before i made more investigations.
So it’s not perfect yet, but after fixes it should be almost ready to print 🤭.
Normally i buy templates from the best people, but this time for some reason there is none for this? To be continued.
